Just south of Moor Bridge tram stop is the bridge that carries Hucknall Road
over the tram and Robin Hood Railway line. You need a step ladder to
look over the parapet and hence not many people use this as a photo
location. On a damp October Saturday tram 212 working run 1 as the
13:24 ex Station Street to Hucknall has just come form under the bridge on
the single line approach to the loop at Moor Bridge. ©

As tram 212 enters the loop at Moor Bridge, the tram it is scheduled to pass,
tram 214 working run 3 ex 13:49 Hucknall to Station Street, is approaching
the loop from the north. The double track railway line to the right of
the tram line is the Robin Hood Heavy rail line from Nottingham to Hucknall
and beyond to Mansfield and Worksop. The Robin Hood line is single
track north of Bulwell, and at Moor Bridge there is a long passing loop.
The tram line is also single line north of Bulwell with passing loops at
each tram stop. There is no heavy rail station at Moor Bridge. ©
