stub axles are mounted in a bogie unit to allow rapid change over for

A view of the number two road, with tram 203 at the north end and tram 205 in the south end of the number one road. Note how the inspection pit is arranged with a full tram length pit between the tracks, and sunken areas either side of the track where the bogies would be. However the pit ahs been designed to allow in future trams of a different designs by moving the yellow platforms. See also photos from the PWI tour. ©
