Adjacent to the Control room on the first floor of the depot is a large area
that is used by the tram crews to check for operational notices, rosters
etc. On one side of the room, there are banks of ticket machines and
battery chargers. Each machine has 3 sets of batteries, as on busy
days the crews can go through a few sets of batteries. The machines
and batteries are marked up as sets and each has it it own charging
location. ©
