Cars queuing for the Fletcher Gate car park causing jams in Middle Hill etc. The tram I was on took 6 minutes to get from the Colin Street viaduct to Lace Market tram stop. Cars queuing caused delays most of the morning. Before Christmas, traffic wardens were posted to move traffic on.
