NET's Third Goose Fair, 2006 - 3 The Forest Saturday Afternoon

Tram 214 approaches The Forest Tram stop on a Phoenix Park service as run 7.  Tram 209 was parked as a safety barrier and whilst tram 205 deposits its load on a service to Station Street as run 8.

Tram 214 loads at The Forest Tram stop on a Phoenix Park service as run 7.  Note the A4 size white sheet in the cab window displaying the run number.  This is a new innovation introduced by NET in the last month to assist the temporary roving conductors to ensure they get on the right trams at intermediate stops.

Hopefully this will be a view of the past soon when NET Phase 2 gets approved and built.  The Goose Fair park and ride service 306 from Queens Drive.  This was provided by a variety of busses.

The PIS at The Forest at 5pm.  The service by then as being disrupted by long stops at The Forest and bunching of trams was occurring.  The scheduled gap was meant to 12 mins each for Phoenix Park and Hucknall.  The scrolling message was ( 20 and 50 pound notes are not accepted"
